I recently bought a used truck and a power train warranty from Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg Lincoln. While still on the FIRST tank of gas, I get a check engine light that has to do with the transmission. I call up AAGI (the warranty company) and try to file a claim, the claim was denied because it was less than 30 days of purchase date. AAGI tell me I have to get help through the dealer. When I call up Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg Lincoln, they tell me they inspected the vehicle before putting it on the lot for sale. So they will not offer any help. I just spent over $30,000 at Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg Lincoln and with less than 200 miles put on the truck, they will offer me no help? What a joke. So now I have to pay $2000 of my own money to fix the truck. More

As a new customer, I am very impressed with Bob Rohrman’s Schaumburg Lincoln’s Service Department. I hadn’t purchased a new car since 2009. So when I pressed a button that reset my Lincoln’s computer to the factory default, I drove over to the service department at Bob Rorhman Schaumburg Lincoln. I didn’t have an appointment when I stopped by the service department and to my surprise, Vince greeted me with a smile and made me feel at ease, even though the service department was busy. Vince listened and understood my dilemma. After the technician completed the work to the vehicle, Phil (the technician) spent time with me and answered all of my questions about the vehicle. I was absolutely floored, by his attention to detail and patience. I felt more like a family member than a customer. Sitting in the service bay, I knew that I had made the right decision to not only purchase my Lincoln, but to have given my business to Bob Rorhman Schaumburg Lincoln. More
