Hi Mike, When I discussed the pricing details with Stela on the day we purchased this Honda CR-V EX-L, she mentioned that every new honda that schaumburg honda sells has the following mandatory packages. Honda Protection Package Pulse Braking System Banyan Smart Link Xzilon Interior and Exterior Protection Package. When I checked my papers, I do not see any documents for these packages. After talking with Stela yesterday, I was told that Banyan Smart Link and Xzilon Interior and Exterior Protection Packages were not included. When we finalized the deal with you on December 26th 2022, you or nobody from your office clarified this. I was under the impression that since all these are mandatory packages, they were all included. I was told by Stela that you would call me to resolve this issue. I haven't yet received any call so far. I hope you will do the needful to convert my frustrations to the satisfactory experience so that I can come back to your dealership for my future car purchase again. Thank you
