He was patient and extremely knowledgeable about the CRV. Mike was never pushy, he allowed my wife and I time and space to get the feel for the car and to drive multiple models, down to the one we eventually picked out. There was no "haggling" over price - the price was great - whether you looked on TruePrice, Edmunds, Car & Driver or any other web source. The price for our trade exceeded our expectations.
