My wife and I were looking for a crossover and started at the Rohrman dealership in Schaumburg. Mark S. was recommended to us after first talking to Mr. Chase Rohrman himself! We felt that the experience was the Rohrman dealership in Schaumburg. Mark S. was recommended to us after first talking to Mr. Chase Rohrman himself! We felt that the experience was extremely smooth and informative. Mark took the time to work with us and listen to out needs. Mr. Rohrman would also check in from time to time to see how we were doing. When the exact car we desired was not in stock at the store, Mr. Rohrman had it shipped in overnight so we could purchase the next day. What service! I would recommend Rohrman Ford to anyone who is looking for a new car, and I am certain that the service would be just as stellar for used vehicles as well. Mark and Mr. Chase made my wife and I feel like we were part of the family! More
My first experience with Bob Rohrman Ford (BRF) came with a call from Gil, asking if he and his team could assist me in anyway. No pressure or sales pitch, just honest sincerity concerning my needs. My daughter and I scheduled a test drive which introduced me to Ismael Pacheco, who quickly removed any concerns I may of had, he clearly was there us. His knowledge of vehicles was honest and accurate. BRF has a phrase "allow us to demonstrate our commitment to excellence". I find this to be more of an oath not just a phrase. BRF sales team of Ismael and Gil are true leaders in the vehicle sales industry, putting the customer first. My oath to BRF is to tell as many people as I can how excellent my experience was. I'm sure there are behind the scenes staff that bent over backwards to my my daughters new vehicle possible, to them I would like to say "Thank you". This dealership is one of the most dishonest places I have ever visited. I am a young mom with 2 small children and came in to look into trading in my large SUV for a smaller one. I asked my salesman many questions about general maintenance. Mark told me that he owned a Land Rover and they are cheap to fix and are known for having long engine lives. I drove the vehicle and became interested so we discussed a deal. There were a few things that needed to be fixed like the back hatch handle and the visor. I was told that everything that was broken would be fixed. I took the car home with me that evening. 2 days after purchasing the vehicle I had a puddle of liquid all over my driveway. I called the dealership and they had me bring it in. They said they would fix everything including the visor and handle. They had my vehicle for a week. I came to pick it up and all they did was rescrew the visor in and oil the BROKEN and rusted back door hatch! I was also told that the power steering pump was broken and all was replaced. The service manager said to me that whoever certified this vehicle to be put on the lot and sold should get talked to. He also assured me that the service tech did a 100+ point inspection and said I would have no more problems. I get home and the next day the windshield wipers didn't work. AND 6 weeks after I purchased the car the A/C blew out and engine started making noises. We called the dealership and was told by Chase Rohrman to come in and we would figure something out. While driving to the dealership, smoke started coming out of the vents, the temperature gage blew and while pulling in the parking spot at the dealership there was a HUGE boom and the car died and smoke was pouring out of the hood. Needless to say that car was totalled! I paid $7500 for a car 6 weeks previously and now was told they would only give me $4000 for it! This dealership is disgusting! Dishonest THIEVES!!! Stay away!!! More

They never called me when they say they would or to tell me what was going on with my car. They call to tell me I can pick up my car and when I get there my car ends up not being done (this happened 3 times me what was going on with my car. They call to tell me I can pick up my car and when I get there my car ends up not being done (this happened 3 times). They broke a piece under my hood and fixed it with electrical tape. And this time no one would return my phone calls not even Bob Rohrman. I also feel that they don't really completed the multi point inspection as my tire treads were documented to all read the same tread when 2 tires are 5 months old and the others about 2 years. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Brian and the dealership was a perfect experience. The same can not be said for this survey. 25 words is too much, and why does it have to make me type in everything twice. My advice ? My experience at this dealership was excellent. Paul was very helpful in insuring I received all necessary information I was looking for in great detail. If he was not sure about something, he always made very helpful in insuring I received all necessary information I was looking for in great detail. If he was not sure about something, he always made sure to double check with the correct department to provide me an accurate answer. Not only was Paul an excellent sales man, he was extremely hospitable and made me feel very welcomed. I will absolutely be coming back to Bob Rohrman's dealership to work with Paul again. More
