I called the general manager twice and left messages. Haven't heard from him. In addition, the service manager just confirmed my part is NOT in. If you buy at or get service at this dealership, expect this type of service. They lie, mislead, and do very subpar work. Go to another Ford dealership. Bob Rohrman is no friend of mine and neither are his dishonest staff members.

Since getting the message from general manager Shiraldi on 3/1/2017, I have tried to contact him four times leaving messages on 3/1,3/2,3/3, and 3/7. He has not returned my calls. I also e-mailed him at the address he gave and my e-mail was sent back undeliverable. More of the same from a very dishonest dealership.

3/14/17 update: I met with the general manager. He is a great guy, and he got my 3-month missing part in 1 day. The work was done as it should have been. The real problem is the service manager, Kevin. The general manager sold him out several times when we met. Kevin made a comedy of errors (from the general manager himself) including never notifying the general manager & not taking the seat from a car in the lot. When I arrived to pick up the car, Kevin made a point of showing me a picture of my old driver's seat. I was told that Ford would not cover this routine wear and tear in the future. He showed me a portion of the seat in reference. In turn, I reminded him that the part of the seat he showed me wasn't the part in question. I reminded him that over three months prior, I was made to wait for 3 hours so a Ford mechanic could verify that the clips on the seat failed causing a different section that wasn't shown in the seat picture irreparably damaged. His response...oh, I don't remember that. Kevin is not an asset when he attacks the customer when Ford is clearly in the wrong. This dealership does not know how to treat valuable customers.
