Bud customer service for vehicle maintenance cashiers office I was at the Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford on 10/14/17 to get an oil change, which I have been doing since I purchased my car there. Apparently my ford card didn’t go through for unknown reasons, and the drama started, but hopefully the dealership can review the cameras and phone conversations and the employees children who were distracting the services and business. My lawyers will contact the business and ford motor company to verify my information All I am saying is the service I received at the dealership was unprofessional. More
Too Long to sign Paperwork I went to Schaumburg Ford to purchase a new Edge, I knew what equipment I wanted and they had the car. My salesman, Nick M. was knowledgeable about I went to Schaumburg Ford to purchase a new Edge, I knew what equipment I wanted and they had the car. My salesman, Nick M. was knowledgeable about the product and we quickly struck a deal. I was told to wait for someone from the finance Dept to handle the paperwork signing. After more than 90 minutes I was finally in to sign the paperwork and we were done. This is way too long to wait to sign some papers, I intentionally went to dealership early in morning, to avoid such an ordeal. I left my wife at home because she has no patience for this kind of treatment. Again, the people I had direct contact with were competent, but an hour and a half on a weekday to sign the paperwork, come on people. More

Continued Trust I've been coming to Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford since the beginning of 2013 for service on my Mercury Milan. I was welcomed here after the Lincoln-Mer I've been coming to Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford since the beginning of 2013 for service on my Mercury Milan. I was welcomed here after the Lincoln-Mercury dealership closed without notice to me after 6 years of service there. Now, I only have my car serviced at this dealership as I trust their advice and their certified mechanics to work on my car. This continued trust and their mechanical expertise has allowed me to drive this car for 172,000 miles. I have never owned one car this long or for so many miles. It continues to run great because I have always followed the scheduled maintenance and I keep a spreadsheet of all my service visits for this car. On my recent visit for a scheduled oil change (The Works), I met with Joseph Sturgeon (service manager) and Kristin (mechanic). Both were professional and personable and represented service at this dealership very positively. It was nice to be thanked for my business by all I interacted with! Greg W More
Dishonest!! Sales guy great but after an agreement everyone takes over and writes up way higher on cotract! All cover for each other. Watch out!!! The finance guy will not go over line by line of the sales contract cause he knows it over the agreed price. Mine was $32821.00 otd. He wrote it up as $41000.00. Plus he will tell about extended war. At $28 per month but write it up as 57 per month. A terrible experience. Dont even go there! Con artists! More
Left waiting I had my truck towed in for service on a Wednesday morning with what I was sure to be a water pump issue. I purchased my vehicle from another dealersh I had my truck towed in for service on a Wednesday morning with what I was sure to be a water pump issue. I purchased my vehicle from another dealership and had a extended warranty. The gentleman who helped check me in did a nice job getting my info and verifying my warranty. I was told I would hear back before the end of the day or early the next day after they inspected my truck as far as if it was covered by my warranty. Early the next day they contacted me and verified that it was the water pump and was actually covered under the the original power train warranty and I did not have to pay a deductible. This was good news. Later that afternoon I was contacted by the service employee telling me that the technician noticed some play in one of the tie rod ends and was recommending it be replaced. He also told me that it would need to have an alignment done and that it was covered under the extended warranty which was my $100 deductible. I said that's fine and to go on with the repair. Later I was contacted again and was told that the technician was recommending a full alignment, not just the front, and that was going to be an additional $70. With apprehension, I said that was fine and was told he would call when it was ready. Later that day they called and said it was finished and they were waiting for confirmation from the warranty company for payment. I wasn't going to be able to pick it up that night so I said that's fine. I was told they would contact me early the next day when it was ready. Noon rold around the next day with no word on my truck. So I contact service and I'm told that they haven't heard back from the warranty company on verification of payment. I say "what are you talking about, you mean the work is done and I can't get it"? He tells me No. The Roarman Dealer policy is to collect payment for warranty work prior to releasing the vehicle and that can take 24 to 48 hours from the completion of the work. I tell him that's unexplainable! He checked on it and he called me back 30 minutes later and told me I could pick up my truck. I spoke with the gentleman in service and told him that this policy is joke and that I have never heard of such a thing. He acknowledged it was a bad policy but it didn't help much. The fact they had my truck for two and a half days for a water pump was a joke! More
