The price that they advertise the car for was different than was advertised. Becauce you don't qualify for all the different rebates. They sold us a car that had miles on it even though we are buying a new car. We got home and the car had damage so they said they would take the car back but not with a bunch of Hassle and wanted to charge us more for the other new car. You would call the dealership and your salesperson or general manager would not be available and funny thing is you would show up and they will happen to be there.They didn't return phone calls. More
Ford Product Is Garbage Ford sold me a lemon, bought 2017 Ford Fusion Sport last December and its been nothing but problems including cracks in sheet metal on visible class A Ford sold me a lemon, bought 2017 Ford Fusion Sport last December and its been nothing but problems including cracks in sheet metal on visible class A surface, interior trim panels that randomly pop off, and a car that randomly loses power to the wheels and dealer/corporate says there’s is nothing wrong with the car even though many forums claim issue with throttle body, and forgot to mention how many pieces of high dense foam I added to keep xxxx from rattling. I will never buy a Ford again. More

Disappointed I Called to make appointment to have recalls done on my Fusion. They told me they would get me a loner for the day, which they did. They completed the recall services and so far all seems well. My complete is that they never test drove vehicle like they said they where going to. I have a vibration in my brake pedal when I brake from a high speed. I stead they call me to up sell me on a engine air filter, cabin air filter, coolant flush, & a transmission fluid and filter change. I bearlly have 60k on my car. I have an K&N air filter with a giant sticker on airbox indicating this. That tells me they never actually checked the filter to see if it was dirty or not. According to Fords website for normal driving conditions, transmission fluid change does not need to happ to at least 100k. When I brought that up to service advisor Joe, he said “well yeah if you go according to the book. But like to tell our customers to change it every 60,000 miles. Ok so asid first ok all the up selling they never test drove car to diagnose the shaking I experience. When I asked if they where able to tell me why my vehicle shakes. He told me “well the tech didn’t mention anything”. At that point I gave up. I will never take my car back there again. Oh one last thing. They can wash a car to save their life. More
