Schaller Subaru responded

The dealership has apologized to this customer multiple times for his version of what happened when he entered the dealership service drive, by phone, e-mail and in responses to several other reviews left using various screenames. The facts are: The customer insists we took no action against the employee when there is absolutely no way he could know whether we did or not. The customer stated that his reviews would remain online unless we made certain financial consessions which we chose not to do. The person he gave the 1 star rating to in this review is not a service employee and does not even work in this building. Once again, we do apologize if an employee acted unprofessionally or in a manner that you found aggressive or unnerving, this is certainly not acceptable nor is it condoned.
