I've never been treated so well by a car dealership! I brought my '08 RDX to Schaller for some items that were covered under my warranty. I did not buy my car from Schaller but I was treated like I've be brought my '08 RDX to Schaller for some items that were covered under my warranty. I did not buy my car from Schaller but I was treated like I've been their customer for years! Joe and the other guys in service were so friendly and really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They called me with updates promptly and Joe explained everything so thoroughly each and every time I spoke with him. He also made time for me to ask any questions I might have. They let me use their courtesy vehicle which was immaculate! They needed to keep my RDX over night while they waited on one part. I received a call at 7:35 the next morning saying my vehicle was ready! Apparently the part came overnight and when the service guys got in at 7am, they put the part in and called me right away- talk about quick service! I have stayed at 4-5 star hotels that have not treated me as well as I was treated by Joe and the crew at Schaller. I highly recommend them for their service! (I've never dealt w/their sales.) Second: The service guys at Schaller. I told them that they are half the reason I came to Shaller to buy another Acura. Third: The service itself. In the past 8 years I have never, never been surprised by the results of my service. They tell me up front what will be done and the bill ahs never ever been outrageous. The service department at Schaller Acura is AWESOME...Brian and Joe are great service representatives and will take the time to help you get your car back on track. Dave is the service manager and he is the man -- he takes his job very seriously and runs a great service department. The technicians have always been very courteous when I have had to talk with them. I always get my car back with a car wash and a vaccuum. They have been able to get me loaner cars when I have needed them and I didn't even buy my CPO '05 RL from them! Schaller is awesome and if they have my next CPO car on their lot I will certainly consider purchasing from them. Their service department is tops, thanks to all for their hard work. More
Everyone was so nice and helpful. My TSX had to come in for a recall and I live on the border of NH and VT so it was really helpful for David to schedule a loaner car for me to swap out in springfield ma a for a recall and I live on the border of NH and VT so it was really helpful for David to schedule a loaner car for me to swap out in springfield ma and then for dan to drive my car all the way back to my job in amherst! I cant believe how nice and friendly everyone was. The dealership even washed and vaccuumed my car! I was very impressed especially since I didnt even buy my car from Schaller. I had a few other questions that David took the time to answer for me that had nothing to do w/the recall. He was very helpful. I will def use and recommend Schaller Acura again and again. This is an efficient service crew working in a pristine and modern facility. Each time, my automobiles are returned in Bristol condition. An outstanding Dealership. Did extra work for nothing. Buffed out some paint residual from scraping a garage door and then touched up the paint on the car. They were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my local dealer (Morande Acura), and personal friends that work for a Honda dealership highly recommended Schaller's service (plus their prices were about 20% lower for the original prob personal friends that work for a Honda dealership highly recommended Schaller's service (plus their prices were about 20% lower for the original problem of the timing chain needing to be replaced). They were kind and accommodating for the situation while attempting to resolve the issue with the other dealer and Acura Corporate. They diagnosed a new engine was now required, and although I would have loved a little more details on why or what exactly was wrong with it, it may have not been worth the time to fully diagnose, especially since the time of rebuilding would have cost more then just getting a replacement. I felt they were looking out for my best interest in the situation, where as with Morande I felt like they dismissed the problem to begin with and cost me several $1,000's more than the service needed to be.
