Joe greeted my husband and I when we arrived and was very professional and courteous. He even remembered the circumstance from a year ago that led us to purchase our 2012 TSX. After hitting a curb and getting a flat tire after work - I ended up at Schaller to have my tire replaced - Glenn came into the waiting room and stated he noticed it was time for my oil to be changed. I ask I ended up at Schaller to have my tire replaced - Glenn came into the waiting room and stated he noticed it was time for my oil to be changed. I asked him if it would be a problem to change the oil at the same time the tire was being replaced. He said not only would they do the oil maintenance but that they would do it at no charge - he stated since I had had such a bad day with my tire experience that I deserved a break. It just made my day a little brighter! I was in and out in no time at all. More
