1. There was an accident inside the shop involving my vehicle. My vehicle had fell off the lift from the instructions of Jason Stone. And there were no repairs or inspections done. 2. After that incident my vehicle started to experience engine misfiring whi h they quoted me over $4k to fix!!!! 3. Even escalated this issue to Gary Bradshaw which he failed to resolve. He told me to take back my car as is. 4. Will never go back to this dealership. There service sucks and does not treat people fairly. Lost a very loyal customer. Do Not Take Your Car Here!!!! Any other Acura dealership except this one!!!!! More

Our niece just purchased an ILX from another dealership and we had a used safety inspection completed at Schaller Acura. Having worked in the auto industry for 5 years on the service side, I really wasn't and we had a used safety inspection completed at Schaller Acura. Having worked in the auto industry for 5 years on the service side, I really wasn't expecting much. Service departments in general have a lackluster reputation, and with COVID happening, I was expecting a substandard interaction. However, I was happily surprised. From my first interaction when making the appointment all the way through picking up the vehicle, everything was spot on. Jason Stone was more than willing to work with the other facilities third party warranty and get everything Schaller found during their inspection corrected. They ended up having to order a few parts and provided a loaner vehicle so we could make the drive back home to MA. Jason also kept us updated every step of the way and provided a recap of everything they did to the vehicle when we came to pick it up. This is what dealership service should be. This is the sort of experience you should have every time you bring your Acura to be serviced, or any make for that matter. It's clear that Schaller Acura has a team of dedicated professionals that know what they are doing and how to treat their customers. More

Please let it be known three other Acura dealers were weeks out before even looking at our car, and couldn't nor would they help. JASON STONE in service is beyond Great at what he does . The fact that he called to update me the whole way goes above what I'm used to with any service department. This gentleman truly cares for his customers, and position within the company that allows him to be the great service writer he is . Because of this experience I will always recommend Schaller Acura for service to anyone . I know my family is good hands with this service department and that its done correctly with concern. HONEST, respectful, efficient. I have been a client of Schaller Acura for over two decades for a reason. The service department is far superior in it's practices and competence than I have been a client of Schaller Acura for over two decades for a reason. The service department is far superior in it's practices and competence than any others I have ever patronized since my early twenties. Brian is the leader extraordinaire, with Joe as his number one.. Joe is also great to work with. They are so honest that they have, repeatedly, let me know when work was unnecessary and they also let me know what is coming up and how much to sock away to prepare for it. I also love driving an Acura. These cars have everything you want in a luxury, high performance vehicle. The juice is there when you need it, thanks to the VTech engine. I've driven the deutche snot-mobiles and they have nothing over an Acura. Maybe other people want flash (or despicable consumption), I like to be under the radar, get the same luxury and tech, while saving 15 to 25K, sometimes more. I will be a life long Acura owner and Schaller service department devotee. More
