Lemon car Purchases a car less then 3 months ago and told them it sounded weird. They assured me it wa sjust a bigger engine. Seems good at first, but then a big joke UPDATE on 5/16: Received a call from service on 5/13 and they said they ordered the wrong part and that it would be in 5/15. I recently bought a 2013 Malibu from here and I was impressed at first, thought I got a good deal, and then that's when it all fell apart. I had several issues come up only a month after purchasing the car, so I took it in to their "service" center for work on 4/30. It has now been 2 weeks and they didn't even start working on it. Only reason I brought it back was because I haven't even had the car for 2 months yet and it's already causing problems. I have called numerous times to check on MY vehicle that I bought and see how it is going, and low and behold no one would call. This has now happened 3 times. They will gladly go out of their way for you to sell you the car, but after that you're nothing. Very displeased with this dealership and will never be coming back again after my so called "service" is finally done. More

Don't think vehicle was inspected Bought truck in Jan, when I picked up the truck had maybe 4 gallons of gas in it, just enough to get me down the road to fill up, After a month notice Bought truck in Jan, when I picked up the truck had maybe 4 gallons of gas in it, just enough to get me down the road to fill up, After a month noticed antifreeze was low and grease on garage floor (thought maybe it was from old truck) also 4 wheel drive seemed like it wanted to kick in half way but i put it in 4 wheel drive and took out right away and went away, this happened 2 more time during the winter, Recently herd grinding sound and took it in, (4 wheel drive again) Rear end seal was bad in rear end, and told me brakes looked like been bad for a few moths. Vacuum for 4 wheel drive was plugged needed solenoid and was low again on antifreeze, Dealer locally found leak coming from top radiator hose and several thing wrongs when I took it in for the recall that was issued for the F-150's while in for the recall had them check the truck over. mmmm after reading your response maybe you need to fire the tech that looked it over or maybe get him some glasses, I understand you dont want to make a used vehicle new again but you should at least fix them to where you shouldnt have to put any money into fist 2 months of owning it. Radiator hose and rear end seal would of went a long ways, Oh and maybe a full tank of gas!. I am a pretty high profile person in my home town and I will let everyone know what to expect when dealing with you guys!! More
