I was looking for a used car and we ventured to Chevrolet. James greeted me as we were looking at the cars in the lot. He was patient and pleasant to work with. People can be nervous when dealing with car sales because there is the stigma that they are out just for a sale. That's not the experience I received when working with James. He was VERY upfront with any and all things, it was greatly appreciated. James even came in on his day off to communicate and make sure things were going as planned with the bank and getting what was needed to make it happen. That was above and beyond. Thanks James!!
