Although we sell a high volume of vehicles, we take customer service seriously. Unfortunately, with 15 salespeople working together there can be times where communication falls short. Our sales manager did speak with you as soon as the mistake was realized. The mention of our volume was not meant to make you feel expendable, it was simply to let you know mistakes can happen. Every vehicle we sell is inspected by certified technicians. As thorough as they are, we are unable to predict if/when a vehicle will experience mechanical failure. We understand your frustration since you just purchased the vehicle, but a customer would never be told to "get lost." We thoroughly explain at the time of sale what coverage the vehicles comes with. If the vehicle is as-is, it is explained that the customer will be responsible for any repairs that may arise. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and if there is anything we can do in the future do not hesitate to give us a call. Thank you for your business.

Instead of hiding these figures in the price, we choose to be upfront and honest when it comes to the final out the door cost of a vehicle.
