A week later they finally get title and didn’t call to let me know , I had to make all the calls for updates. They were nice enough to deliver truck to me but was dirty on inside. I asked Dan our salesmen to check on getting tire monitoring system fixed with no response . They were more interested in selling extended warranties than the truck. Very unprofessional not even a call to see if delivery went ok or a thank you. Would not recommend . More

Schafer's Policy Never heard of this kind of policy before...seems when you buy a vehicle from Schafer's they tack on a "Thief Insurance Fee". I bet they don't have an insurance license, also never received a insurance policy like you'd get through a real insurance company. Told them my real insurance policy would cover any thief but that didn't make any difference the fee stuck anyway (it was their policy). They mentioned that my insurance company would probably give me a discount....after checking with them, they had a hard time keeping from laughing over that one. All in all it was just a scam! Just another way to suck another $229.00 plus $13.74 TAX out of you, that I didn't want or need. More

Not impressed! I drove 2.5 hours to test drive and hopefully make a purchase. I had a 10am appointment with one of the salespeople (of whom was very nice). Within minutes, two other people were also meeting the same sales person. So... the waiting began. What was the point of making an appointment? There were a least 5 other sales people just standing around chit chatting. Did not feel like a professional environment, at all. Aside from all of that, the truck I was interested in couldn't be found. The reason was because the battery was dead and the key fob wasn't working to honk the horn. Now, knowing that I was coming at 10, wouldn't you think to go out and find the truck and start it, maybe even pull it up to the building? This felt more like one of those dealers you see in the middle of nowhere with three cars in the lot covered in dust and rust, I would expect that kind of experience from them, but not from a dealership that sells not only used but also new vehicles. More

Bad Dealer! After giving them $38,000 for a vehicle with 8,000 miles: -Gas tank was near EMPTY -Oil was LOW -Coolant was LOW -Brake fluid was LOW -Turn signa After giving them $38,000 for a vehicle with 8,000 miles: -Gas tank was near EMPTY -Oil was LOW -Coolant was LOW -Brake fluid was LOW -Turn signal was BURNT-OUT -Floor mats were NON-EXISTANT I shouldn't even mention that there was NO 3-month free trial of Sirius Radio that most dealers offer since Schafer Chevrolet in Pinconning couldn't even make sure essential fluids were maintained in a vehicle. I called the service department and they were "gone home for the day" 8 minutes before closing. I then called the salesman regarding this, he said "Sorry". Yes, yes, they are. Didn't offer to bring vehicle in, didn't offer oil change, bulb...etc. Nothing. Just kept repeating how "sorry" they were without offering to make things right. More
