Honesty and outstanding customer service I saw a truck online but it was 2,000 miles away and I was hesitant to purchase site unseen. The pictures look good and description was accurate. The salesperson Kim went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed to make a decision prior to making travel arrangements. She made a video and uploaded to YouTube. She then had the vehicle washed and uploaded a second video with extreme detail. It was not quite what I was looking for and I did not make the purchase. But a big thank you to Kim for the outstanding customer service and for going way out of her way to make sure I would be satisfied. More

Lied to. Vehicle we bought is a nice vehicle even though we were told the brake pads were good or they would change them and they didnt, brakes infact do make Vehicle we bought is a nice vehicle even though we were told the brake pads were good or they would change them and they didnt, brakes infact do make a noise and need replaced, thats lie #1. Lie #2 is we were offered a amount for our car that we didnt really want but was told it wasnt worth anything so we accepted and they said they were gunna lose money selling it is why they offered low. Well low and behold they have the car for sale for way more then offered. Not happy and will not be back to the dealership, wont reccomend. Would figure a buissness or person would be decent, but apparently not. Nothing we can do now but put the word out and believe me, i will. More

We found a truck that had low mileage and a limited warranty for a price that was absolutely below the competitors. We highly recommend Schafer’s and Kim Bartys for a great auto buying experience.
