We bought our Forester on Sept 30,2020 and was pleased with Scenics handling of the purchase.We had our first oil change and tire rotation in Feb. and was very pleased with the service dept. A major turnaround in my North Carolina driving experience I owned a 2017 Subaru Forester with 41,000 miles -- a terrific and reliable companion in mid-Missouri but once in High Point, I cowered behind far bu I owned a 2017 Subaru Forester with 41,000 miles -- a terrific and reliable companion in mid-Missouri but once in High Point, I cowered behind far busier roads and a significant uptick in vehicle density once in High Point. Having helped with down payments for my son's Honda-lovin' family, (hey, I tried, I stood on my Subaru pulpit and preached like anything ...) I thought, "Grandmother needs new wheels!" Thursday I conferred with Miss Diane whose smart and delightfully warm expertise convinced me this was THE dealership to test drive a 2019 pearl white Outback. (And I checked other online reviews which backed up her enthusiasm.). Saturday morning, I met Brad; after a life-altering test drive with Blind Spot and Lane Assist working their magic, we talked numbers over a mound of of fax paper. We agreed. So did my bank (USAA). We shook hands, I gave my lovely blue Forester a pat and smile for her many miles of service to me and I know many miles of reliable service to a new owner, and I drove happily away in "La Paloma," my white Outback, One or two "disconnects" with their service department (nothing major, or I would write about it!) were resolved with immediate communication from Brad and Diane; I thank them and the design and manufacturing teams at Subaru for my new 'ride' as I negotiate the busy Middle Atlantic states with renewed confidence and delight. More

But at least they made a referral to someone who might. The excessive lumbar in the right front seat and poor service by Randy Marion will prevent me from buying or recommending Subaru again. Scenic is trying to win me back. Bottom line: no seat fix=no more Subaru. Everything else about the car is fine but WHY CANT YOU FIX THE SEAT THAT TORTURES MY BACK??? More
The Service Department is so helpful! I had to have my right front axle replaced on my Subaru. The guys in the service department were wonderful to work with. I received a follow up call later the next day and requested some more info, which was promptly sent. I did a little more research and arrived at Scenic the next morning and we proceeded with the purchase paperwork. At no point during our visit did we feel pressured, we actually had a good time during the process. Dustin was very professional & answered all of our concerns. He is an outstanding salesman and has followed up after the purchase to see if we had any questions. It was a pleasure to have met Dustin, and I believe that he is an asset to the Scenic dealership.
