A miserable experience from start to finish. A permanent tag was not ordered until I called the dealership 5 days before the temp tag was set to expire. No one from Scenic followed up with me A permanent tag was not ordered until I called the dealership 5 days before the temp tag was set to expire. No one from Scenic followed up with me about the tag, so that resulted in an unnecessary trip to the license plate agency to sort the problem. The staff at the license plate agency informed me that the tag was ordered the day that I called. I then had to make an unnecessary trip to the dealership to get the tag because there was not enough time to get it via mail. I am still waiting on an account to be set up at Chase Bank. Please remove my name and contact information from your database. I will not be back when this lease expires in 3 years. More
