While traveling from SC to NJ on Interstate 40 my 2023 Outback suffered an electronics failure. No Eyesight, front or rear pre-colision, a/c, radio,etc. Called Scenic from the road and was told to bring Outback suffered an electronics failure. Upon arrival they ran diagnostics and discovered my vehicle was 3 software updates behind. They downloaded the updates and had me back on the road in 2 and a half hours. Sonic was extremely accommodating , especially their service advisor Matthew who kept me we'll informed during the process. Good to know they are very customer focused. If I lived in the area I certainly would be a regular customer. More
The reason Why I chose 2 Stars is because I was initially told my car oil changes should be done at 5-6k I’m olé intervals for synthetic. I discovered on the Scenic a Subaru website that the recomm initially told my car oil changes should be done at 5-6k I’m olé intervals for synthetic. I discovered on the Scenic a Subaru website that the recommendation is actually 7-10k. This affecting my ability to get a new engine covered under Warrantee. I was Told that my claim was denied due to a resubmission. Well it was Resubmitted because of mis information on oil change requirement. So I had to ask for the contract after. 7 weeks of waiting. Suddenly I was covered in One say after asking. For the contract. The staff is courteous but you have to fight for what is right. I appreciate the hard work of the mechanic who replaced on my engine. It is working well. More

My salesperson, Mike Shaw, was outstanding in every way. The finance person was able to give me a good estimate of what my payment/interest rate would be before checking my credit (which is 853). Other dealers weren’t willing or able to even give me a ballpark number. He was excellent too. I’ve never owned a Subaru but have always wanted one. I love that Subaru supports animal charities. It’s a great car. Very solid and a little sporty. Mike did a great job of going over all the features. So happy it came with Starlink. I wasn’t expecting that. Love my Subaru! More
