Dear Mr. and Mrs. Adams, I have taken it upon myself to sincerely apologize for the inconvienence you suffered Sunday. I am the Internet Manager for our dealership and it is solely my mistake and oversight for not accurately showing our hours on the website. Our policy is that we are open from those hours on the last Sunday of each month, and some Sunday's a few in our sales staff voluntarily show up to open the store, but we do not consistantly stay open every Sunday. Since we changed our policy from all Sundays to one a month, I failed to update the website, which caused you such inconvience. We are currently working on ordering our hours to be posted on our front door, which is something we should have had, and I will have our website update within minutes. We sincerely apologize for the inconvienence caused, and regret that we will not be doing business with you. I completely understand and sympathize with your irratation at this situation, as I am sure I would feel the same. If there is anything we can do to make it up to you, please know that we would be happy to do so. I (we) sincerely thank you for taking the time to inform us of this major oversight so it can be fixed, so that no one else has to suffer that inconvienence from now on.
