I brought my Ford Shelby into this dealership for a repair covered under my warranty in early July and it STILL has not been fixed and it is now October. The dealership told me for months they were wai repair covered under my warranty in early July and it STILL has not been fixed and it is now October. The dealership told me for months they were waiting to get the part in. I finally called Ford Shelby in Nevada who told me that the part was sitting at the dealer. Once I told the dealership, days later they said they made the repair. As soon as I drove out of their parking lot I realized that the problem was still there and they had not made the repair. They took the car back again and it is still sitting in their parking lot under tree branches getting scratched and rusted. Why it has taken FOUR months to make a car repair - with no estimated date of completion - is beyond me but I have just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to hopefully get assistance. Buyer beware. More

My car had been in service for over two weeks and they have no loaners. God knows how long it will be there. My last car was 3 months. They say I could be reimbursed for a rental 35 a day, cheapest rental have no loaners. God knows how long it will be there. My last car was 3 months. They say I could be reimbursed for a rental 35 a day, cheapest rental I found is 75 a day. Why should I pay out of my pocket when their car failed?? No loaners… xxxxxxxx!! This is ridiculous I have to continue to inconvenience others for rides. This will be my last ford!! More
This is horrible service department. I asked for a loaner vehicle and I was told they don't have any. I called on in Tuesday 8/30/22 to make am appointment and the earliest appointment they have is 10 days away. Do service writers understand that it's still summer and I informed them that I use the car every day and I need AC. I leased the car at this dealership and now I understand that if the work is under warranty the service department doesn't want to do it. This was my first and last ford amd especially from this dealership. I would never reccomend anyone to this dealership More
