This is the fourth Lexus my husband and I have purchased. Because it is considered somewhat of a luxury vehicle, some dealers seem to try to present an exclusive environment. We found Scanlon to be well-organized and hospitable but also friendly and approachable. Scott Purgaric was our sales person, and he obviously loves cars and shows enthusiasm in getting his customers connected with the one they want. Although he expressed opinions, he was not at all pushy about which options we chose. He is very experienced and handled everything very smoothly - even getting the insurance switched before their office 5:00 PM deadline. Another talented employee is Susann Nogales who handled all the paperwork. I have never watched anyone more organized, pleasant, and informative in getting about 20 pieces of paper signed in short order. We drove away having a very good grasp of all the features of the new car and feeling comfortable that our future service experiences will be similarly well handled. Although it was a bit more of a drive for us, we're happy we made this choice. More
