Doug Cahn made my car buying experience simply great and painless. The car was just as it was described in the online ad and over the phone when I spoke to Doug. He even called me when I arrived home to find out how I liked the car! The staff was always very professional and not the pushy-salesman-type which I tend to stay away from simply because I'd rather deal with REAL people and not someone that puts on an act so that I will buy a car. Robin made the process of signing all the documents VERY easy and VERY quick. Even though I made sure to know what I was signing I wasn't in his office for too long.
