Without qualifications, my visit to Scanlon LEXUS to "look" at a Lexus LS460 turned out to be the BEST car- BUYING experience I've ever had, and I have bought dozens of cars. Scott Purgaric , my "Master Certified Lexus Sales & Leasing Professional" was exceptional. He answered all of my questions honestly and within about thirty minutes, I had been given a very fair trade price on my car and, I decided to buy the car. This event took place at 5:00pm on a Saturday. I told Scott I wanted the car that day--not Monday--and he informed me I would have it. He and the Finance Manager, Billy Dunn, (another exceptional Scanlon employee) stayed until almost 7:00pm to make it all happen. I left the dealership with a beautiful Lexus LS 460. Suggestion: Don't waste time and endure aggravation when searching for a car; start at Scanlon Lexus. If they don't have what you want, they'll find it and, they will be fair. More

My wife and I purchased a certified Lexus RX 350 on March 21. I had gone to Scanlon to view their inventory and was met by Ray Matthews. We took a test drive of the vehicle I eventually purchased. Ray answered all of my questions and proved to be knowledgeable of all aspects of the RX 350. When I came in the next day to discuss the price, Ray was busy with another customer. Scott Purgaric noticed I was waiting. He sat down with me and gave me the information I was looking for, even though I was not his customer. I appreciated that as I did not "waste" time waiting for Ray. I also met with Denny Koenig, the used car sales manager. He offered me a price that I considered a fair deal in making the purchase. He was quite personable and took time with me even though he was quite busy at that particular time. The next day I brought my wife and we met Billy Dunn (Business Manager) after we decided to make the deal. He went through the his part of the paperwork process in a smooth and orderly fashion. Every aspect of the deal was explained before any papers were signed. Ray went over the vehicle with my wife and I quite thoroughly. Again, all questions we had were answered to our satisfaction. He made sure we knew all key components before finishing our "tutorial". Lastly, Ray introduced us to Doug, the service manager. He briefed us on how we will access service and what services we would need, and when that service should be performed. He was quite helpful. All in all, our experience with Scanlon Lexus was a positive, pleasant experience. We are pleased with our 350 RX and and the people we associated with during the entire process. Mike and Maria B. the moment i walked into the dealership i was greeted by heather with a smile and a handshake. she was very professional and asked me a few questions to steer me to the right vehicle that i was looking for. heather with a smile and a handshake. she was very professional and asked me a few questions to steer me to the right vehicle that i was looking for. after i picked one out i was then introduced to this wonderful sales manager, marc wozy, who was able to guide me thru all my questions about my payments and what ever paper work i would need to make the process as simple as possible..once i was approved, i then met suzanne who was the financial expert who explained all the little points on my contract so that there were no t's not crossed, or i's not dotted. when i took delivery, heather gave me a complete run down on the car explaining all the little bugs and whistles that i needed to know to drive off the lot with confidence. i have been back twice just for the car wash...love it, easiest car buying experience i've ever had.... We have given exemplary ratings because not only did Juliana listen explicitly to our desired criteria expected in a used auto, she delivered on those criteria by selecting a pre-owned Lexus that exceeded our expectations but was still in our price point. We had never considered purchasing a Lexus prior, but because of Juliana's knowledge of the product and her friendly and gracious manner, we were quickly 'won over' to the value of owning a Lexus. Our overall experience with Scanlon Lexus was remarkable, and stress-free. The good attitude of the entire staff we spoke with, and the clean, well-maintained facility (in the middle of the new building construction on property) added to our positive experience. I searched for six weeks for the "perfect" used Lexus. I had several requirements and found it on AutoTrader at Scanlon Lexus. Upon emailing for more information I was put in contact with Doug Ca Lexus. I had several requirements and found it on AutoTrader at Scanlon Lexus. Upon emailing for more information I was put in contact with Doug Cahn who assisted me with photos, details of the car, pricing and together we reached a final number for the vehicle. Doug was very up-front about a cosmetic defect in one of the rims of the vehicle and made sure it was corrected before I picked up my car. He showed me all of the options, explained how everything worked, and made sure I was comfortable with operating the vehicle. Doug even made sure to connect my Bluetooth for my phone before we left the dealership. Billy in financing was one of the nicest guys I've dealt with in a financing department. To say he wasn't pushy would be an understatement. He made sure to explain all of the options available and left me to decide exactly what I wanted as far as warranty options on the car. Not once did I feel pressured to go outside of my desires for a warranty. On top of that, he gave me chocolates from Norman Love. To provide me with a Lexus and chocolate....I mean you really can't wrong with that!! I had a great experience with this dealership and I am so thankful I took the time to wait for the right car and was lucky enough to be in contact with Doug and Billy. There is only one thing about the experience that makes me sad.....and that's the fact Scanlon Lexus is two hours from home! Free oil changes and car washes for life, and I'm too far to take advantage! I promise this, I will be making special trips to Ft. Myers just to get an oil change from time to time and if I never have a need for a vehicle, Lexus or not, I can be confident "I have a guy" for that. You truly cannot beat the service I received at Scanlon Lexus and I recommend them highly to anyone looking to find a vehicle. More
