When we purchased the car, however, there was a small dent in one of the doors the dealership agreed to repair. When we returned to have the work done, we waited over 30 minutes before we were informed body work of this nature would be conducted on certain days between 9 and noon. When we returned on the designated day and time, there was confusion as to whom was to do the work. It was uncomfortable for us, the customers, as the dealership seemed to struggle with the cost of the repair and who was to accomplish the job. Although we enjoyed working with Paul, we hope our experience when we return to the dealership for repairs, oil changes, or car washes is more pleasant than the initial service. More
