Courtesy steps seem rote rather than meaningful; when it comes to helping the customer, they have more excuses than answers. On a previous visit, provided a loaner vehicle that had a near empty gas tank; said too many customers evidently had not been refilling it as an excuse. They gave a $1,500 estimate to make a compact disk player repair and then acknowledged after unsticking the carousel, that the player was working. Price is high for all services, which would be OK if the quality of service and accommodation matched. More
