Phil was very accommodating in our car purchase. He treated us fairly and honestly. He did not pressure us into our purchase. I was in the market for a new car and stopped by Scanlon Acura to test drive the TSX. What a great bunch of employees this dealership employs. I sold my 2005 Acura last Friday and everyone was very friendly and very co-operative. My main reason for writing this review has to do mostly with one of your employees whose name I believe is Nelson and who works in the Service Department. He is a very extremely honest individual who found an envelope with a lot of money in it which was located in the trunk of the 2005 Acura I sold to them, and the money was found where the spare tire is located. He turned this huge sum of money into the office management - (over $1,700.00) and they gave me a call and told me of him finding it, and to come in at my convenience and claim it. Since the Acura had been my deceased husband's car, I had no idea whatsoever that this money even existed. God bless all of them - they are a great bunch of guys!! I cannot say enough good things about them, but I do believe they are earning their wings!! Thank you again, guys, Marilyn Podojak More

I have been bringing my car to Scanlon for all service needs since I purchased it in 2002 and have always been pleased, not just with the service, but with the people in the service department. They are friendly, professional, courteous and make you feel at home while your car is being serviced. The sales people I've spoken with are also in those categories. I arrived with my 2002 RSX to see if they would be interested in purchasing my vehicle before negotiating a lease. Phil Ursillo was able to meet my expectations on my car and then provide a great lease on a new ILX with the premium and technology packages. Randy in finance made the pile of paperwork to sign effortless. Phil then stayed even after closing hours to answer our questions and explain and show my wife and I all the features of the new car. I highly recommend Scanlon Acura. They are definitely the " whole package" in automobiles; sales, service, friendliness and a "Deal you'll feel good about." More

I am now the proud owner of a 2009 Acura MDX. I had been looking for an SUV and had heard good things about the MDX so decided to look here. John Hartmann was excellent. When it came time to do the deal, Joe Ferrigno, the sales manager, came in and basically gave us a deal we couldn't refuse with the whole process taking less than 15 minutes. Went in to look at a used 2011 Honda Pilot. Bob Pesic helped approached us in a very pleasant and reassuring way. We explained we were interested in the Pilot. After the test drive we explained we had another pilot we were considering and asked if they would meet or beat their price. Bob and Joe huddled and not only beat the price but add a few extras that we had asked for. Our experience was great. There was no HIGH pressure sales tactics, just an accommodating approach. The entire process took less than 3 hours from start to finish. Susan was our final person to close out the paperwork. What a pleasant, helpful, and friendly person. We had researched the internet for reviews on this dealership. What we found was a rating of 5 stars out of 5 - we surely found this to be true. We will recommend them to our friends and return when we need another vehicle. More
