The repoire and credibility he projected convinced both my wife and me that we should deal with him and Scanlon rather than the competition that offered a brand new vehicle rather than the demo at a comparable price. Kudos to John Santillo as well, he solved a problem that would have blocked the deal date, because of his sagacity, he wasable to get the deal done now rather than down the road. Jesse and John were a team I'd be happy to recommend. And Susan did a good job as well. More
Short and Sweet From the minute I called Scanlon Acura on Tuesday May 6th and spoke to Eric, I knew this was going to be a good experience (short and sweet) and I wou From the minute I called Scanlon Acura on Tuesday May 6th and spoke to Eric, I knew this was going to be a good experience (short and sweet) and I would be able to accomplish my goals without problems. I needed to trade in a car, lease a new car and have my new car shipped to New Jersey, (things like this can get complicated). Eric assured me on the phone it could all be done and also mentioned Scanlon would pay for shipping my new vehicle to New Jersey. I told Eric I would come see him on Thursday but decided to go that afternoon. On my way to Scanlon, I visited another Acura dealer closer to my home in Naples Florida. The minute I walked in I knew this was not the right place for me but just wanted a price to compare to. When I arrived at Scanlon, Eric was there to greet me and we immediately started to make the deal. They offered good money for my trade in and I got a better price for my new TL lease. Eric worked with John (sales manager) who was a terrific guy and made me the best deal possible. When Eric and John told me this was the best they could do, I believed them. I filled out some paper work, took a look at my future car and agreed to come back Saturday to finish the deal and give them my trade in. On Saturday everything was ready when I arrived, I signed a few more papers and was handed off to Don (business manager). Don did his best to try and sell me on all the programs he felt strongly about but I had already made up my mind beforehand to stay in my budget and did not buy any extras. A question came up about insuring the car properly (Florida and New Jersey), these things can be complicated. Don worked with me every step of the way and had the patience of a saint. He made sure I received the correct (legal) answers and did everything in his power to make me feel comfortable. Once Don and I had finished, Eric showed me how to use all the gadgets in the car, (Bluetooth, Nav System, etc.). He took all the time I needed and made sure I was satisfied. If this all sounds like an all day affair, it wasn't. Had it not been for the insurance issue, I would have been in and out in less than one hour. Eric, John and Don are true professionals and if you live in the Ft. Myers, Naples area and are looking for an Acura, you would be crazy not to go see the boys at Scanlon. More

Best dealership in the Lee-Collier area. In Sept. of 2010 we saw an ad for a 2007 MDX at Scanlon Acura. We were actually on our way to purchase a BMW X5 which we had seen over the weekend at In Sept. of 2010 we saw an ad for a 2007 MDX at Scanlon Acura. We were actually on our way to purchase a BMW X5 which we had seen over the weekend at another dealership. The salesman Bob Pesic showed us the MDX and it was exactly what I was looking for. I had owned Acura's in the 80's and 90's and loved them and decided to purchase the MDX that day. My partner was in a lease that we were wanting to get out of because the dealership treated us so badly and also the car was experiencing too many repairs. We decided to go see Bob Pesic and to our surprise we traded in the lease car and drove away in a brand new TSX. Today after having the TSX for almost 3 years we are now in a SE TL thanks to Bob Pesic and Joe Ferrigno for working out such a great deal for us. Bob Pesic never pressured us once into purchasing or leasing a new car from him and that is why we always come back to him. The service dept. over the years has gone above and beyond what I have ever expected. This is why we come back to Scanlon Acura....they treat you like family. More
The Employees were very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, understanding of our needs, came up with creative ideas and ways we could purchase the car. The sales person, Jose M and Manager, John Santillo took a lot of time visiting with us about the car, we were interested in and made us feel welcome and comfortable with Scanlon Acura Dealership. The other employees, we worked with were very friendly and helpful. When we came to pick up the car, they had taken care of everything we had talked about. They took time, again, to go over all the great features of the car before we drove away. The Acura MDX is Beautiful! We appreciated John Santillo taking time out of his busy schedule to visit with us and all his help! More

I have purchased many cars over the last 35 years and this was by far my best experience. I did an internet search for local dealers that had the car I wanted in stock and by the next morning John Gallm this was by far my best experience. I did an internet search for local dealers that had the car I wanted in stock and by the next morning John Gallman had emailed me and called me to follow up. John was friendly and knowledgable. We went to the dealership that weekend and purchased our 2014 Acura MDX. John was busy with another customer so Phil Ursillo jumped right in and helped us, with the Sales Manager Joe Ferrigno. You have an amazing team at Scanlon Acura, this is my 3rd Acura and when I am ready for my 4th I will be at Scanlon Acura. Thank you so much for such a pleasant, easy experience. More
I was in the market to buy a one to two year old Acura TSX. When I came across some of the cars online at Scanlon, they appeared to be having some good deals (one in particular a 2012 Acura TSX with abou TSX. When I came across some of the cars online at Scanlon, they appeared to be having some good deals (one in particular a 2012 Acura TSX with about 10K miles) so when I was ready, I made the venture from Naples, Florida. John Gallman sat patiently as I test drove some vehicles and awaited my car to be valued for trade in. The trade in value they gave me for my car was way below expected and when I asked to speak with the sales manager for negotiations, the sales manager, John Santillo, was quick on the draw to tell me there were no negotiating and my car was simply at best worth what they were going to give me. After going back and forth, John Santillo's last response was "Well you shouldn't be buying an Acura" insinuating that I couldn't afford one. LET ME TELL YOU. Not only did I take it to several OTHER dealerships where they ALL offered me higher prices than what Scanlon was going to give me, I got an even better deal on a 2013 Acura TSX (no dings, scratches, leather wearing and only 5K miles) for THOUSANDS less than the one they were trying to sell me at Scanlon. Because of the Sales Managers attitude towards me, I wouldn't even trust them to get me the best interest rate possible! I will never shop at Scanlon Acura nor will I tell ANYONE to go there. More
This was our first experience with Scanlon Acura. The manager, John Santillo, listened carefully to our interests and concerns. He assigned Phil Ursillo to assist us in our efforts to find the right automobile. Phil showed us two vehicles that interested us and took us for test rides. After discussing the vehicles he then suggested we look at a third option, the one we ultimately selected. After we purchased the vehicle, Phil took his time to explain the various operational items within the auto (use of phone, navigation, etc.). At no time did we feel any undue pressure. In fact, everyone we encountered at the dealership was cordial and polite. It truly was the best experience we have had in acquiring an automobile. The Rolands More
