The car speaks for itself, LOVED my TL and am pretty sure I will LOVE my TLX. Many people may disagree with me but in my opinion listening is the most important skill in sales. Greg let me sell the car by dotting all the "I" s and crossing all the "t" sin the process. Buying a car is not easy but Greg made it easy. Greg, the Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager demonstrated positive customer focus.
