I understand you had a disagreement with our service department regarding a tow hitch. I also understand you blocked our service drive and refused to move your vehicle unless Chris called the police. Suffolk County Police Department is a professional organization that would not discuss customer complaints with a complaining customer. Is it possible the damage happen elsewhere? I am really sorry to disappoint you sir, I only wished that he allowed me to speak to someone else. I don’t have to accuse your company unnecessarily I am well off to fix my own damage if I did it. My Truck was at your dealership for 4 days and I asked your Svc dr to investigate to see where the truck was parked and I didn’t expect him to insult me. Of course the police Dept is very professional people and so am I. The reason I am so mad is because they have to drive my vehicle so fast to bend that tow hitch bar, I am sure if that was your truck you will ask to investigate as well, that’s what I did. I didn’t come there to suck money out of your company which I don’t need to. I got a very degrading customer Svc from your dealership Svc director Chris Ambrico and the way he shouted at me is why I told him to go ahead and call the police because oh his threat and I wanted to document his words to the Ford Motor corporation. It looks like Chris knows that the damage did happen at your place and that’s why he didn’t want to look in to this matter and simply deny me would be easier to close this case. I became a victim at your dealership. Some day with someone it will be on tape then you can remember me.
