I purchased my f150 from them and have been using the service center for all my service needs. While it hasn't been the smoothest ride, they have taken care of all my needs and I'm satisfied with the lev service center for all my service needs. Brought my car in for a water leak on drivers side well area floor .They charged me $325.00 to check out the problem. They claimed it was missing body seal behind fender causing the leak. I explained it has not rained & we have being drying water but every time we use the car ,its wet again . Service writer said you must of drove threw puddle. and would not listen to me .(Robert Giordano).I now have a call in to Dimitri Service Manager & Robert Giordano service writer The floor is soaking wet again & it has not rained. If you want to get screwed, this is the place for you. Put my car in for service for an Alternator and was told that I also needed a water pump. I elected not to do the water pump because I had no leaki Put my car in for service for an Alternator and was told that I also needed a water pump. I elected not to do the water pump because I had no leaking on my driveway prior to it going to them. Not only did they still charge me for the parts on my bill but when I got home I put cardboard under the car to see if it was indeed leaking. It ABSOLUTELY was not. I brought it back to get the refund on the parts they charged me for without doing the work and they put the car on the lift, pressurized the water pump and long behold "no leak". I was overcharged for the alternator by $191.36 and charged for over 3 hours of labor, that should have taken no more then 1.5 hours. Needless to say I will not be back! More
