I spent about 2 months searching the internet, sending & receiving emails, and making phone calls as I search Most positive auto buying experience! I spent about 2 months searching the internet, sending & receiving emails, and making phone calls as I searched for a new or used Ford Explorer. I test drove the 2015 Explorer Limited at another dealership (twice) and was just about to make a deal, when I decided to check out one more Ford dealership. Lucky for me, this last stop was at Sayville Ford. No doubt about it! The stars and the planets were lined up just right for me, as I purchased a new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. The positive attitude of Caitlin Kerins set the tone "right off the bat". We went for a test drive, and she let the truck "sell itself", along with answering all my questions. I test drove the truck for approximately 10 miles, which, drastically played a big part in my decision making process. Caitlin did not rush or time limit the test drive. She even held my cell phone so that I could Face Time (I-phone) to share the excitement with my daughter who is out of state in college. There was no "cat & mouse" baloney as we mutually agreed to a deal that I couldn't pass up. Hat's off also to Tom the finance dude, who portrayed a humorous yet professional demeanor. He (& all in the dealership) are clearly committed to superior customer service. A huge thank you to Caitlin and Tom for your assistance and skill in setting me up with my dream 2015 Explorer Sport (a 50th birthday present to myself)! I am grateful to you and your organization for the professional and "no stress" environment I experienced throughout the process. Truly, a very positive experience!
