He went over the benefits for both cars and then we sat down to talk pricing, he broke it out so there were no questions, and no surprise payments when we picked up the car. I was hesitant about buying a Ford and James DiGiovanna showed me how the edge was a top safety pick and I was sold, as a new mom it was the most important for me. The only negative comment I have is that when I picked up my car I had to peel the sale stickers off and clean the glue off myself when I got home, I feel that when making such a big purchase on a new car, the dealer should do that before driving off the lot. More
