Since then, I have only dealt with George Gregory for all my car buying needs. I live over 40 miles from this dealership and drive out to Salerno because of George Gregory. George is an honest man who makes the car buying experience pleasurable. George genuinely takes interest in your needs and goes the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied. Inept Please do not waste your time or money. Technicians have no idea what they are doing. Went in for a noise - sounds like wheel bearings not sure. DID Z Please do not waste your time or money. Technicians have no idea what they are doing. Went in for a noise - sounds like wheel bearings not sure. DID ZERO DIAGNOSTICS!!! They replaced ONLY 1 wheel bearing. Who does that? You ALWAYS replace BOTH wheel bearings on the same axle. Went back - sound still there. They replaced 2nd wheel bearing. sound still there. Technicians didnt bother to find why there was a loud sound. A loud roaring noise- maybe the rear differential?????? Technicians also said tires need to be rotated- I HAD BRAND NEW TIRES PUT ON LAST WEEK!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! More

Great experience--huge help with my last lease My sales person was Bob Caravano. He was outstanding to work with--very knowledgeable and nice. No pressure. Jim Salerno Buick GMC profiled really nicely everywhere I visited online and I specifically noticed George Gregory's profile on here and it jumped right out that I wanted to work with him. I must say, while I was not able to make an immediate purchase, George completely dispelled my age old fear of walking into a car dealership and feeling pressured and being duped to just get me buy something. He completely expanded my comfort zone, explained everything perfectly so I am fully knowledgeable to the features and benefits of both vehicles and was very classy and kind in his approach. Great experience I went in knowing I would likely buy or lease a new 2016 Yukon. Bob C was my salesman and he was great. He took his time to show me the different ve I went in knowing I would likely buy or lease a new 2016 Yukon. Bob C was my salesman and he was great. He took his time to show me the different vehicles in stock. More importantly, I was not in desperate need of a new vehicle and he understood that. What I appreciated about that was that he did not try to make the sale or pressure me in any way. When I was ready, I explained what options I wanted and together we located a vehicle nearby. I decided to lease and the price provided upfront was a great price, which I knew based on the research I had done online. Bob and the full team were so pleasant. I brought my wife and three young kids to also see the vehicle to make sure everyone would be happy and everyone at Jim Salerno was so nice and made sure everyone was comfortable. When the vehicle arrived, Jonathan called me to set up an appt that was convenient for me to sign the paperwork. When I arrived at the scheduled time, Jonathan was ready and we were done with signing papers in under 10 minutes. That was amazing to me as I always dread that part for some reason. I certainly look forward to my next experience at Jim Salerno when my lease is up and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a GMC vehicle. I actually went out of my way to go here rather than a dealer that was 10 miles closer and glad I did! More
