"EASY LEASE" In February I went back to Sawyer to lease another new car. My sales person was Tim Day. I signed up that day for a 2018 Malibu and I have been very pleased since then with this fine car. I was very pleased with Tim and everyone else at Sawyer. I also think their service department is excellent. I do recommend them to my family and friends. Tim certainly had a lot of knowledge about the lease process and made everything easy!!! More

Failed to fix my truck while under warranty My truck started fouling the #1 sparkplug with very few miles. They would simply replace it, free of charge, never addressing the cause. At 95000 mil My truck started fouling the #1 sparkplug with very few miles. They would simply replace it, free of charge, never addressing the cause. At 95000 miles the truck was consuming excessive oil. ( warranty almost up) They claimed they couldn't find any damage, to "keep an eye on it " Soon after the warranty was up, I found an GM service announcement to technicians , regarding excessive oil consumption, and fouling sparkplugs. The bottom line, they didn't want to fix it, while it was covered!!! More
