Never Ever Buy A Car Or Truck Here! Worst experience ever! Lets just say there a bunch of thieves. I bought a used truck and major issues two weeks of owning it. I have I a major safety issue that I brought to their attention and they tried to charge me $100 to look at my truck. I waited 4 and a half hours for there mechanic to shine his flash light into my rim and say what the issue was. Here is the best part!!!! A new rotor and caliper and 4 new break pads would cost me 1,400! I bought the truck TWO WEEKS AGO! You know what a shop down the street quoted me at? $300. Sure enough they will be hearing from my layers! More
Bad Experience If you purchase a vehicle and use your own financing BEWARE. Check your title make sure that the lein holder is correct. Check the names on title to make sure they are correct. We purchase a vehicle from them in 4/14 and today is 6/14 and still have not had it corrected after numerous calls. They saying motor vehicle just pulled Ford Motor Credit out of the sky and listed them as the Lein holder. The same was said about the name being wrong. I think that someone in the dealership gets a bonus from FMC on vehicles being finance by FMC instead of your own financing. NEVER EVER WILL I OR ANYONE I KNOW PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM Sawgrass FORD..... BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I was very happy with the service I received at their Collision Center department. I have been there several times, and each time it is less painful. They answered my questions and called me back when I had more questions. I even inquired about doing other repairs, not related to the accident, and they gave me a quote, but unfortunately it was too expensive for me to do at the time. In addition to the great customer service, the work performed on my car by Carlos Santana and Spencer Woolsey, was excellent and perfect. I could not have asked for a better job. In addition, I was very grateful to whoever cleaned the inside and outside of my car. and also to the very helpful lady at the counter, whose name I did not get, as she was kind enough to give me everyone else’s name, and I forgot to ask her name. I have used Sawgrass Ford for the past 13 years for service on 3 of my vehicles, so I am a regular customer in that department. I hope not to be a regular customer in the Collision Center department, but if I am, I know it will not be stressful. On 03/03/2013, it happened to be the 10th anniversary/birthday of the production date of my car, so I was even more grateteful that they fixed it back up for me, especially because it is a '03 Mach I. I was humiliated in the sales room by John the finance manager who claims he is the gen manager when the real Gm is not in calls it's unbelievable how much shady stuff goes on . Headlight was fogging refused to give me a new one said price was 300 refused to pay so they took it off and gave me a used one the certified used car is not certified nor do they check I have had problem after problem ford is not the problem the problem is this dealership and Someone needs to clean house More
This bad review for the Sawgrass Ford is mostly due to the fact that my girlfriend's car had to be taken in on three separate occasions just to have repairs done after an accident. A fourth is also necessary now because they somehow caused the A/C to be stuck in Defrost mode. Let's see, customer service is a 1. Before she dropper her car for the second time they were supposed to call her and let her know about a newly ordered bumper and some paperwork. It took a week and a half - twice - and even then it was she that had to call Sawgrass Ford for an update. Quality or work is a 1 as stated above. Friendliness gets a 2 because of how she was treated. They feigned they're good nature and tried to dupe her because she is a woman (after the first set of "repairs") and now that we have been complaining about these "repairs" we get sarcastic remarks such as "sorry our goodwill repair is not to satisfaction." If that doesn't scream sarcasm then I don't know what will. Overall Experience is a 1 for everything stated above and Price is N/A because it was through the person at fault from the accident (not her fault either). So no I would not recommend anyone to ever go to Sawgrass Ford and we will never go back! More
