Dashboard I am extremely disappointed with your Parts Department. Within one week of receiving my "dash recall letter" I had come to the parts dept., showed her I am extremely disappointed with your Parts Department. Within one week of receiving my "dash recall letter" I had come to the parts dept., showed her my letter and her response was "you will get a phone call when the parts come in". Not at any time did she mention that my car had to be inspected. Within two years, I made numerous phone calls asking where I was on the list. The response was always the same, "you will get a phone call ". Needless to say this recall ended in May and Toyota refuses to replace my dash because I can't prove that I brought my car in. I have a paper trail of phone calls and even a case number. I did exactly what I was supposed to do...so I thought. I will never ever use Savannah Toyota again. Their slogan "Where Truman ends and Service begins" is a bold face lie! The parts clerks need to be trained properly so no one will go thru what I've had to endure. Sincerely, Cracked Dashboard More

Be prepared for long long long wait.Might get ripped off. Took my Highlander in to see if I could get a price on replacing the light covers on my car. They had become so hazy that they needed replacing. I bou Took my Highlander in to see if I could get a price on replacing the light covers on my car. I bought two brand new ones on eBay for $71.The guy that writes the order said let me ask the mechanic how long it would take.when he came back, he said it would take 3 hours as he would have to take the bumper off and it would take 3 hours for the job. Here comes the best part. 3 hours labor at $360 total.Needless to say that did not happen. I got someone to help me install them.Neither one of us had done it before, but with a utube video and common sense we did I in an hour and just loosened the bumper at the bottom without taking it off. I took the car in a week later for an oil change . If you ave been in the service dept. there is a large sign that gives you all the reasons to buy a car there. Number 7 reason, 30 minute or less oil change guaranteed. I was there 1 and a half hours so do not believe that. I also saw the guy that told me that it would take 3 hours for the lights and I told him that if he wanted me to that I would explain to his mechanic how to do it in an hour.People be careful with trust when it comes to money. I stared off speaking with Erik Nothem in the internet department and Eric Williams assisted me because Erik Nothem was with a customer. The sales managers Justin Patrissi, Justin Ward, and Bob King all did an amazing job!!! The Finance Director William Hampton and the other F&I Managers made the paper work very easy and fast!!! Mike Taft, the General Sales Manager, was excellent!!! I would highly recommend Savannah Toyota to my friends, co-workers, and family!!! More
