Amazing service! Just moved to Savannah and needed oil change and tire rotation. Decided to go to Savannah Toyota and I am so glad I did! First of all, Phillip noticed that my dash was under recall and it was replaced. I had major service done at my previous dealership in Kennesaw, GA less that 2 months ago and they never mentioned that the dash was under recall. Although I only went for the oil change and tires they inspected my car and found that my license plate lights were out and that my power steering fluid was needing to be flushed/replaced. They also worked on the console compartment that would not open without me asking or being charged for this! What an unexpected surprise as my former dealership said they would charge $200 to fix this! Everyone, and I mean everyone, was friendly, always asking if I needed any assistance. The waiting room areas are very spacious and they even have a nail salon! And to top it all off, they washed my car before I left. I will definitely return to Savannah Toyota for any further service needs. More

It loo We can't say enough about how great this dealership is. They saved our vacation to Disney. A strut failed on our van just outside of.Savannah. It looked like we weren't going to make it to Disney and would lose our first night's deposit. Luckily we located Savannah Toyota on Google Maps. We pulled in, without an appointment and they were able to assess the issue quickly. The repairs could have been done in a few hours that afternoon, which was great. But not wanting to wait, we then rented a car from their rental dept and made it to Disney right on schedule. They gave us a quick tutorial on the rental car, then pulled our van up beside the rental so we could transfer all our luggage. Best of all, their rental price was much lower and without all the crazy surcharges of other rental places (like charging extra for more than one driver). Amanda Thigpen kept us updated on the repairs to our van while we were on vacation. Also we needed to return on a Sunday, when the dealership was closed, but that was not issue, as she arranged our van to be left where we could find it easily, and explained where to leave the rental. Our van has been running great since we picked it up. They even fixed a recall issue that we hadn't gotten around to getting repaired. This place is the best. We've been to many Toyota dealerships over the years, but this was hands down the best by far. Their customer service was excellent, and the mechanics are top notch too. We are very grateful to them for saving our vacation. More
