They forgot about me Took my highlander in for 20,000 Service. Had an 11:00 appointment. Waited in waiting area which is great. Signed papers and was told car was on the way. After a long wait, I had to grab someone to see where my car was. They forgot about me. When my car arrived, it was not washed or vacuumed. I didn’t expect a car wash because of rain, but they could have vacuumed my car. I was told I could return on another day. Last time we went for just a car wash, we waited an hour. Hopefully, this is an isolated event. They are usually better than this. More

Fantastic Experience This is the first car that's in my name. I've been looking for a car for the past couple of days and every dealership and salesman were no help. They This is the first car that's in my name. I've been looking for a car for the past couple of days and every dealership and salesman were no help. They were trying to over charge us and the salesman were very dishonest about prices and ratings. However, I am glad that we chose this Toyota dealership as our last destination for today. Our sales person Amanda Mendiola was not only genuinely trying to help me buy a car but her attitude was beyond great. She is definitely a great asset to your company. I came in today not knowing what I wanted but Amanda did a great job of meeting the expectations that I did want in a car. She gave great deals as far as trying to meet us i the middle with your company's price and my price. In all, my experience here today was most definitely amazing and I am glad to walk out of the dealership with a great car thanks to Amanda. More

Service Advisor was not very professional. I called and setup an appointment to have my vehicle serviced and recall work done. At the time of making the appointment I requested a loaner vehicle I called and setup an appointment to have my vehicle serviced and recall work done. At the time of making the appointment I requested a loaner vehicle. I showed up at the appointment and had too wait for somebody to finally come over to help me. That's when I meat Mr. Ed. He did all the preappointment things. Then he asked me about my transportation while my vehicle was being serviced, I told him I was supposed to have a loaner. He laughed and proceeded to tell me the that it probably didn't get put in the system so there was no loaner vehicle for me and "what do you expect from somebody who only make $8 an hour." I ended up having to take the shuttle. I was not very impressed with the Ed at all. More

Backed up the work that was done. My caliper needed to be changed on my truck. The dealership changed the caliper and sent me on my way. Every morning after the caliper was changed My caliper needed to be changed on my truck. The dealership changed the caliper and sent me on my way. Every morning after the caliper was changed the truck made a loud noise when backing up. I brought the truck back in and left it over night with Ed. Ed informed me the next morning that they did not hear any noise. As soon as I took the truck home the very next morning the truck made the noise again. After this I decided to record on video the noise the truck was making. I called and spoke with Bill Schmitt to let him know what was going on and if he could help because my son was heading back off to college in the truck very soon. He took a look of the video and could clearly see something was wrong with the truck. He had the crews put a new caliper on the truck. It's been a few days now and the truck hasn't made the noise again. I want to take time to thank Ed and Bill for not giving up and replacing the original caliper that was put on the truck. Now I feel a lot better about my son driving the truck back to school. Thanks More
