Lies from beginning to end I purchased a vehicle from here a year ago with the plan of trading it in a year later with the intent of lowering a hefty car payment on a tiny used I purchased a vehicle from here a year ago with the plan of trading it in a year later with the intent of lowering a hefty car payment on a tiny used car. A little over a couple of weeks ago I received a phone call from.the salesperson whom I had never even seen during the purchasing process. He said to call him back about the car that I purchased. He never answered or called me back after I left a message until two weeks go by and I answered the phone this time. He said he would help me with the trade, just bring my car back with no money down. So I found a car on the lot that I'm interested in, let them know the specific car, and I was told that he could make that happen and again just to bring my car by. Needless to say, as soon as I arrived he told me that I couldn't get that car much less any used car because they wouldn't give me what I owed on my car. He then tried to sell me a brand new car with payments twice as high knowing that I was trying to reduce my payments. The entire process beginning last year has all been lies. They will literally tell you anything just to get you in the doors then proceed to tell you what they told you was impossible. Waste of time. More
