**UPDATED** After my initial review stating an issue with Roger Moffat, the Finance person, the dealership reached out to fix everything. Long story short about the issue, Roger had enrolled me into 3 warranties that he had me under the impression were already included and not an extra cost. I found out after everything was signed and I got my papers that they were not included, but were extra. Any way, I wrote my review in the middle of the night on Saturday because the issue I had was literally driving me insane. Ken Mahlka, the General Sales Manager, contacted me first thing Sunday morning even though he was off work. He apologized for the issue and requested I reach out with a time convenient for me to set up an appointment so it can be rectified. An appointment was made and everything was recontracted. Ken went over every document and explained everything to me. He was so pleasant and reassuring. He said that if I did decide later I wanted an extra warranty, I can come back at anytime to discuss it and get a quote. My initial review also gave a good statement about Jim Wright, my car salesman, so I want to reiterate it. Jim was awesome! He was so nice, knowledgeable and personable. He also met with me when I met with Ken and apologized for my issue even though it wasn’t his doing. Ken and Jim were absolutely exceptional. You can tell they really care about their customers and their work. Just be careful of Roger if he is still working there. More
My Wife and I purchased a 2024 Acadia, back seat head rest were not functioning property, factory recall, After the 2nd visit, they got my wife in, we live in Plymouth, the loaner was a crew cab full bed rest were not functioning property, factory recall, After the 2nd visit, they got my wife in, we live in Plymouth, the loaner was a crew cab full bed 4x4 work truck, that my 5'4 wife who is 60 had a hard time getting in, they charged her for the fuel, didn't fix the phone charger, climate control, said it could be a week or a month until the parts came, They were rude when questioned about the fuel fee, or they SUV being sold with these known problems, I have been buying truck, cars , motorcycles and SUV's for more than 40 years. My first and last from Saures, be Warned, once you buy from them, be it a 20,000-dollar car or a 60 ,000-dollar SUV you are forgotten, they got their money. More
This was my first time in the Sauers dealership. Using their online website I found something the wife was interested in, so we went to take a look (coming from another town). The staff was very accommodating and there is more that 1 "car guy" there and it was great as we could speak the same language, which thrilled me. Wife approved of the car, contingent on fixing a slight rattle - which they did immediately. Negotiating went smoothly and we left with a new vehicle. Even though it was late in the day, the team prepped the car and filled the gas tank. No haggle, no hassle. Beautiful facility and some real treasures in the show room to enjoy. I don't know why I never drove out to Sauers before this, but they will be at the top of my list going forward. Much appreciated. PS - I really appreciate that the owner is really picky about the level and quality of used vehicles he brings in. More

We have been long standing service customers and have gotten decent service from the department. They did strip the oil plug after an oil change and insisted they replace it free of charge. Overall, the prices for services, especially oil changes are pretty high and their sale specials on services are everyone else’s regular prices. We just purchased a budget friendly used car for our daughter and weren’t happy with the experience or the price we paid but we were desperate, as her car had bit the dust. We paid $1,000 over what the bank said the maximum value was worth and the initial price of the car was $1500 over the worth. The car seems to run okay in the one day we’ve had it, but when we test drove it, it was full of smaller problems. The dome light switch didn’t work, the wiper blades were shredded, the rear defrost wire was detached and hanging loose, and the automatic signal shut off is still broke. Also, the headlight on the driver’s side is full of water so we ordered new headlight housing for both sides. Even though the used cars are mostly sold As Is, it would seem to be a better business practice if they checked out each vehicle they sold if they’re going to ask for premium prices. We now have to pay extra for the car to be checked by an independent mechanic to be sure it’s in good running condition before we pass it to our daughter. That’s another expense. Also, the wait to purchase the car took 2 hours. I sat and waited for someone to bring me the papers; A process that should have only taken 30 minutes. More
The staff and service i received was great including a driver sent to pick me up so I could pick up the suv I purchased. While it is good insurance the point is it was added to my purchase without discussion. Hence 3 stars. More
