PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU FINANCE... I've never had a good PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU FINANCE... I've never had a good car buying experience until now. Went there interested in some used trucks & slowly narrowed PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU FINANCE... I've never had a good car buying experience until now. Went there interested in some used trucks & slowly narrowed it down to 2 trucks, 1 used & 1 new, AJ was awesome at helping me narrow down choices and was able to give me a detailed answer to every question and never ever once persuaded me in any direction. I ended up buying a brand new truck, and love it. I WOULD GIVE 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG TO A.J. as a salesman, he is very knowledgeable from a mechanics standpoint. The only reason for only a 4 star review was due to the financial side. We were misled at closing & Roger told us that since we had an A+ credit rating he was able to get us a extended warranty plan and that it covered bumper to bumper for 7yrs including wear & tear, we were very excited, he REPEATED MULTIPLE TIMES how he did us a favor and was able to get us this extended due to our credit standing. It wasn't until I recieved a letter thanking me for purchasing an extended coverage plan that I realized we'd been had. Turns out it had nothing to do with credit or us, he took it upon himself to enroll us in the platinum extended coverage plan that cost's over $2500 (which is the highest tier) and tied it in with the gap insurance, so when we signed paperwork I inquired about the extra charge of around $3000 and he said it was the gap insurance, but after some digging i found that only cost around $600. I'm pissed that we weren't even given the option of choosing a plan or even a different tier, plus the fact that he kept making it sound like he did us a favor. Oh, and did I mention the plan lists wear & tear as exclusions from warranty, and that there is a deductible every visit (which we weren't told about).... I assume he gets a comission for selling top tier extended warranty plans because otherwise why would you lie and sneak a large fee like this into a loan. Needless to say I will be attempting to cancel this warranty and prey for some type of refund. I was even bragging to everyone about how we were able to get this extra warranty for nothing and how awesome that place is, well open mouth insert foot. Don't know if I'll purchase from there again, i definitely won't finance through them. WORD OF ADVICE, IF YOU FINANCE THROUGH THEM BE SURE TO ASK TO SEE A COMPLETE BREAKDOWN OF EACH AND EVERY FEE LISTED, EVEN THOUGH HE WILL TRY TO FLY THROUGH THE SIGNING SUPER FAST. He did a great job with distraction though, we had an appt but yet he pretended like it was last minute so he had papers everwhere and was digging through them and every so often would find one we had to sign but usually it had other papers on top. Wish i could say better, great place to buy a vehicle if you have your own financing. More

This was my first experience purchasing a car. It couldn’t have been easier thanks to Gary and Jim. Great Customer Service I stopped into this dealership for the first time recently as I needed to start looking for my next vehicle purchase. He was great in helping get answers to all my questions about a few different vehicles on their lot. After being there for awhile just trying to figure out what I wanted to test drive, Gary, Sales Manager, helped make a great deal on an Acadia that I just couldn't pass up. Financial Man, Roger, was awesome in making sure we were well taken care of and that he got me the best deal he could on this purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys and this dealership to anybody in their next vehicle search. I returned the next day to get the Acadia detailed and whoever detailed it also did a fantastic job. I didn't meet him or get his name, but he did a great job on making sure the Acadia was clean. More

I have been researching new cars for 3 weeks now. I was nervous, armed, and ready for that frustrating car buying experience - I FELT NONE OF THAT AT SAUERS!!!! Kim and his staff are nothing but transparen nervous, armed, and ready for that frustrating car buying experience - I FELT NONE OF THAT AT SAUERS!!!! Kim and his staff are nothing but transparent and fair - he answered all my questions BEFORE I asked them, his offers were way below fair market value and included fees, AND they were able to secure a lower percentage rate than I anticipated. I’m sure some of this has to do with COVID offers and incentives but really, Kim and Jim helped me through the car buying experience with minimal pain and confusion. Thank you, Sauers. Zero buyers remorse here. Camping in our pop-up.... here we come!!! More
