There wasn't a second key made for the car, after it was it didn't work correctly when we got home. We live about 150 miles from this dealership. We were suppossed to get a survey from GM on how the car dealership experience was, it never arrived. I believe this information was never forewarded to them, they(the salesmen) knew how we would respond to their questions. Overall not a good experience. Find another Saturn dealer if you want to purchase one. More
