My wife and I were treated very well by all associates and had the most interaction with Jeremy. This visit was a follow up to an internet search through CraigsList for Suburban if West Michigan. I made a selection and in the form of an email, detailed my research made an offer and sent it to the inter net manager Jeremy's respoce was timely and showed great interest. We agreed on a time and the vehicle was clean and ready for our test drive. We exchanged some information, did a vehicle walk through and then test drove. My trade was evalusted during that time and upon returning we agreed to purchase the vehicle subject to our mechanics inspection. A deposit secured the transaction as Jeremy had the GM's approval of our offer. We took the Ford overnight, had the positive inspection and returned to Suburban of West Michigan at the agreed upon time, with the balanced owed, in hand. Jeremy had everything ready and we drove away in about an hour. It was a straight up and down deal, no arm twisitng, no presure. We loved the car and the dealership had a great interest in our trade. Jeremey knew of my research and car care methods, as I included much information in my original email. We were presold, if our offer was accepted. Our treatment was great and the entire process was efficient, two visits in a 24 hour period. The rest is history. I brought my car to Saturn of Southgate and I had the WORST experience. Ok so like I show up and drive up to the doors and it's like a huge piece of wood. Then I notice all the windows are covered in w WORST experience. Ok so like I show up and drive up to the doors and it's like a huge piece of wood. Then I notice all the windows are covered in wood so I was all like xxx? I couldn't hear people inside the wood talking. I dont know what was going on but they went to alot of trouble to make me think they were like closed or something. Its like no one even worked there, nobody asked me about my car or nothing. I was sooo like mad and junk. I will never take my car to Saturn of Southgate again ever, ever. More
