We just moved to the area and my husband had a recall on his truck. We called them and they got us in for the recall. When we got there to have the recall taken care of my husband asked if by chance they co his truck. We called them and they got us in for the recall. When we got there to have the recall taken care of my husband asked if by chance they could just go ahead to do the oil change and tire rotation on it while we were there. They told us NO PROBLEM! They got the recall done, oil change done and tire rotation done and even washed the truck, all in about 45 minutes!!!! Super nice people and they definitely know how customer service is suppose to be!!! Thank you!!! More

should not even jhave a service department talked a friend into buying her vehicle with Sarchoine's. as I have bought 2 vehicles there my self from the Alliance store. Since then have heard sto talked a friend into buying her vehicle with Sarchoine's. as I have bought 2 vehicles there my self from the Alliance store. Since then have heard stories of foul play here. She took her Van in for service. they rotated tires, changed rear brakes. never mentioned the alignment was out or they may be a bad part on the front. now less than 3 months later all 4 tire are ready to tear open from the bad wear. brought to their attention and they we are sorry. $2100 later it will be fixed. Get 2nd opinion before you let them touch your vehicle. take pictures before you let them work on your vehicle. More

Sarchione is a Highly Recommend Ford Service Center I am a dissatisfied past customer of Klaben Ford Service Center based on them ignoring safety issues, refusing to backup warranties and their unnessar I am a dissatisfied past customer of Klaben Ford Service Center based on them ignoring safety issues, refusing to backup warranties and their unnessary add ons to your service appointment. Getting screwed by Klaben once, was enough. I am so glad that I looked into and made the move to Sarchione Ford Service Center and especially dealing with Aaron Tice. Back in April of 2019, he made sure to get me in as soon as possible at a time that fitted into my schedule to take care of a Ford Recall Issue. Then recently I had an issue with my horn not working and again Aaron made it possible to get me in ASAP. I highly encourage Ford owners who are even slightly skeptical of how you are being treated and being taken care of by your current Ford Service Center make the switch to Sarchione Ford Service Center and ask for Aaron Tice. I brought my F-150 into the dealership for a warped dash panel. Due to limited part availability it took a long time for the replacement to come in. Aaron kept me updated periodically until the part came in. When the new dash came in, Aaron set an appointment and had a loaner vehicle waiting for me when I arrived (a brand new F-150)! After a couple of days, Aaron called to let me know that the new dash Ford had send was defective and there where no replacements available. Sarchione re-installed my original dash and returned the vehicle to me. Once again we played the waiting game with Ford. Aaron kept me updated the whole time. The replacement for the replacement finally came in and once again, Aaron set the appointment and had a loaner vehicle waiting for me (a brand new Explorer)! When I received my truck back the new dash was installed perfectly with no defects. I took the truck down the bumpiest road I could find and there were no rattles. Both Aaron and the technician who did the work are to be commended. They did awesome! There is not a technician alive that likes to do work on trim panels, and these two rocked it. Thank you! More

Excellent Service Experience Shortly after I purchased my new F-150 I received a recall notice from Ford. I contacted Sarchione over the internet and was put in contact with Lisa Shortly after I purchased my new F-150 I received a recall notice from Ford. I contacted Sarchione over the internet and was put in contact with Lisa Gaither. Lisa was respectful of my time. She scheduled me for my service right away. I dropped my vehicle off the night before my appointment. I opted to have my first oil change done at the same time. To my surprise I had a free one available on my Owner's Advantage card. My truck was ready by 10 am the next morning and was washed and ready for me when I arrived. This was a good experience. I will be back. More
