Horrible experience. They had the transmission out of my truck 3 times trying to fix it. Finally had to get someone else to come in and repair it. Had my truck for almost 4 months because of this. I underst truck 3 times trying to fix it. Finally had to get someone else to come in and repair it. Had my truck for almost 4 months because of this. I understand thi gs happen. When it was all over I told them, just do something to make it right. They tried selling me another truck at a profit, that was their solution. Oh and to top it off.... my truck had 6k miles on it. DO NOT waste your time here. More

He had the nerve to raise his voice to me and then hung up on Horrible Service experience: Your service manager was rude and very unprofessional. He had the nerve to raise his voice to me and then hung up on me, when he didn’t like to hear what ME the CUSTOMER had to say. I took my van in because my sliding door wasn’t opening (it’s a manual door on a 2016 dodge caravan with 50,000 miles), and without calling me first they forced my door open breaking the latch and lock then called me and told me it would be $795+ tax to fix everything at about 4:30 at night. When in all reality they should of asked me first before assuming I would pay that for a sliding backdoor or if I could even afford something like that right now. I ended up leaving with a door that wouldn’t close (they rigged my door to somewhat close, not even enough to show it closed) and a bad experience with the service department. He admitted they should of probably called me first but there was no way I was walking away without paying them something. All I asked was for my van to be back to how it was brought in, with a closing back door (not even operating just closing as it was) Brent would not take accountable for his team breaking the latch that will now cost me $400+ to fix & sadly that wasn’t even what was wrong with the door according to their paperwork. He not only spoke to me like I was a child, he also made remarks about customers not helping him have a job, he “wasn’t a cop or firefighter.” Which I’m unsure why that profession has anything to do with his. If it was for me buying a car from a company he works for then have it serviced, his job would not apply! This man should no longer be a representative for this company, because the sales & finance people were great, but when a man thinks he can over power a woman (customer) in a conversation, they are not a good face for the company. I Will be reaching out to the GM (even though I was informed it would just get pushed back to him (service manager) and the Owner. My car was bought not even 8 months ago and I’m already having these types of problems with this service department. I would avoid at all cost doing business with them just because of the service department alone. Which you have no choice but to use if you want all your warranties to stay valid. They didn’t even put my car back together. More
hello! I scheduled my Renegade to come in 2/25/20 because there was a noise that was coming from under the vehicle that would not stop. it irritated me to know end! Tim was my service advisor. I do not know who my tech was but I'm just gonna say that he/she was awesome too! they diagnosed my noise and replaced the part. SOOOOO WONDERFUL to not hear that noise. They were finished before expected. I will always return to Haasz Dalton for all of my Jeep needs. You all have exceeded my expectations!!! thank you so much Tim and tech More

Brent Steed is by far the most professional service advisor I have ever met. He is very detail oriented and more than willing to take the time answer all of my questions. Several years ago, while my jeep was being serviced, I had a emergency at home, and without a bit of hesitation, gave me the fob to another vehicle to go home and told me to take as much time as I needed until the emergency was resolved. Brent Steed is definatly a FIVE STAR EMPLOYEE ! More
Emergency service The ignition went bad in my Jeep while in the Dalton area from out of town on 1/31/2020. Your staff diagnosed the problem and sent to Wooster for part The ignition went bad in my Jeep while in the Dalton area from out of town on 1/31/2020. Your staff diagnosed the problem and sent to Wooster for parts while I had my vehicle towed to your site. New ignition and two new keys were in my hands within two hours. Even better was learning that the faulty ignition was covered under a recall. Your staff and facility were all outstanding. Thanks so much More

The first dealer I called could not schedule an appointment where I could wait on I needed to schedule my car for service due to a factory recall. The first dealer I called could not schedule an appointment where I could wait on it even though the fix would only be about 20 min. They insisted I leave the car and use a loaner. Then I called Haasz in Dalton. They scheduled me for the next working day at 10:00am. I showed up, they took my car early and had it done within 25 min. while I waited in their nice waiting room. All the employees were very nice as well. I should've called Haasz first. You should too. Thanks Haasz, Ron More
