Engine repair My engine light came on while driving to the dealership for an oil change. I was able to leave my car there that day and left in a brand new Jeep. Thi My engine light came on while driving to the dealership for an oil change. I was able to leave my car there that day and left in a brand new Jeep. This was incredibly important to me as I am 9 months pregnant. The service men kept me in the loop through the whole process. I received a call every couple days with updates until my car was ready to be picked up. My car was returned and is running great! More

Longtime customer I’ve dealt with the Dodge dealer on the corner of 94 and 30 in Dalton for 20+ years, and I’ll admit to a little apprehension when it was bought out se I’ve dealt with the Dodge dealer on the corner of 94 and 30 in Dalton for 20+ years, and I’ll admit to a little apprehension when it was bought out several years back… I had bought my last two vehicles from them primarily because of their service department. Brent and the Haasz service team have proved to me that my fear was groundless. They provide fantastic customer service—they treat warrantee work, recall work, and cash-in-hand maintenance work the same, quick and well done. I don't know the mechanics’ name(s) but I trust their work... I know that they'll stand behind it. Brent has always been friendly and helpful; I am confident that he is looking out for my best interests, and have never felt pressured into something unnecessary, just because of my age/gender. More

Brent and Chris couldn't have made us more happy. We bought our Jeep Compass just over a month ago,Chris was our salesman. The reason we came in was to have our tires checked. We had a slow leak, took our suv to a tires place and had a tire plugged. We were told we needed tires, our tire indicator was showing. We contacted Chris and asked about the tires being bad, thinking since we haven't had the car long our tires shouldn't need replaced this soon. Chris had us speak to Brent. Appt. was made for the tires to be checked. Brent looked at the tires and said they need replaced. Brent and Chris went above and beyond to make us happy. We have told our friends and family about Chris and Brent, that if they needed a car or needed service to go see these two guys. They should be employees of the month. More
