I first received a text message from an employee there telling me they received my online credit Our first and last experience with this dealership. I first received a text message from an employee there telling me they received my online credit application and that everything looked 'good'. On further contact, they wanted me to come in and talk to one of their sales people, which my wife and I did. I had one of the most enjoyable experiences with a car salesman by the name of Zack Smith. My wife and I cannot say enough about this young man and his efforts at finding us a used vehicle. It is too bad he works for this dealership. We then met up with Mark Lemon, their finance manager. This is where the trouble started. Mark attempted to find financing for us and we were told he had several lenders lined up. I was told that if I provided a letter referencing my employment situation (which I will not go into detail here) Mark could get financing for us. I provided the letter and several days later we were told that financing could not be obtained. We were lied to and my wife and I did not appreciate it. This whole thing went on for almost two weeks during which time we thought we had financing for the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Had Mark been honest with us up front and told us he could not get financing, we could have spent that time looking for another vehicle, which we desperately are in need of. It was wrong what their finance manager did to us and then the owner got an attitude with me when I expressed my views about the dealership within earshot of several potential customers. More

Luckily The team at Haasz saved us the trip. Our salesman Rodney Patterson was a nice guy with charisma and a sense of humor. Karen Shapuite handled the paperwork, she made the process painless. I can not say enough about Nathan Bridger and Julie Shirer, They were so helpful with emails and calls. I talked to several dealerships via email. Haasz was the only dealership that did not seem like I was a burden with all of my questions. From now on Haasz is the only dealership I will recomend.
