Very Disappointing They refused to negotiate on the price of the vehicle, initially told me an extra dealer lifetime warranty was included and that they could meet/beat They refused to negotiate on the price of the vehicle, initially told me an extra dealer lifetime warranty was included and that they could meet/beat the pre-approved financing I already had from my credit union. When it came time to start signing paper work, well the extra warranty was only if I brought the car back there every 5,000 miles for them to service (at my expense) - they knew when they initially told me this was included that I lived and worked full time in another town, do tons of traveling so there was no way I could bring a vehicle to them for servicing. Of course they offered nothing off the price when this 'added feature' had to be 'refused'. Waited around over an hour to meet with their finance person only to find out he could not meet/beat my pre-approved financing. Then when I went to get the car two days later they left it sit with the windows down, it started raining, they left me stand in the rain while the sales man futzed around in the car with the door open, gave me no spare key, if I came back another day they would key one for me (at my expense!), did not even offer me a towel to dry the interior or the leather seats off with and the back of the vehicle had not been cleaned!!!!! One of the rear seats had mud on it and there were food crumbs in the side bins!!!!! As I'm driving down the road I realize they had the mileage wrong on the paper work, had to turn around and go back, they corrected one of the forms and insisted the others 'didn't matter'! More
