Most stressful experience I ever had! I dealt with their in house financing company. According to their contract they have 10 days to secure your financing well 20 odd days later still no I dealt with their in house financing company. According to their contract they have 10 days to secure your financing well 20 odd days later still no approval in place. You contact them about it they don't return your calls. I finally get a letter from them stating they couldn't secure the financing, well that's fine with me but when you try to arrange for the return of the car and a refund of your money, they say they'll come today and 9PM still no response. The declined to help and said it would be 2-3 weeks for the repair. I called Haaz in Dalton, They got me in the next Morning and plus the sales mgr gave me his personal car to drive to work that day. They called 5 hours later the problem was a simple tire rotation. Mr Farkas there will have all my business in the future. More
